It is a 1976 Plate with an inlayed Ceramic artwork of The Declaration of Independence by John Turnbull. The diameter of the plate is 10 1/2″ and the diameter across of the piece of art Ceramic is 6 inches. This also has an engraved stamp on back of a revolutionary cannon, a large tree and the words Canton, Ohio 1973
