American Revolution Wall Plate, Pewter Ceramic Plate, American History. Pewter and ceramic commemorative plate by Williamsport Foundry. It is entitled ‘The Spirit of ’76’ and was made in 1976 to commemorate the bicentennial. The plate has build-in hanger for display.
